I hate Christmas.
I fail at making cookies. I fail at making snowflakes. I fail at everything in my miserable life.
And on top of it all, I feel like I don’t have a single friend in the entire world even though I spent the last two days writing Christmas cards to be sent out to every corner of the country.
I hate Christmas. I hate the holidays. I’m sick of feeling depressed every December.

I really hate decorating Christmas trees.
I am going to intentionally seek out a non-Christian husband so I do not have to do this foolish tradition year after year and our children will never have to suffer through it either.

I think, first off, theres an emotional connection that can be easily formed, because you can be so open on the internet because of that initial sense of anonymity of it all. You’re sharing your feelings you hide from your family because, hey, maybe they understand.
